Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite starts receiving July 2021 update in Spain


After rolling out the July 2021 security patch update for Galaxy S10, Galaxy S20, Galaxy S21, Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 20, Samsung has started rolling out the update to the Galaxy S10 Lite.
SamMobile has reported that the Galaxy S10 Lite has started receiving the firmware version G770FXXS4EUF6 earlier today. The update includes the July 2021 security patch along with several bugs and issues.
According to the report, the update also carries the fix for the Android Auto bug which seems to have affected most Galaxy devices.
The update is currently being rolled out in Spain and Samsung is expected to expand the update to other regions as well in the coming weeks.
The Galaxy S10 Lite users will be notified about the update automatically once it is available or they can also check it manually by heading to Settings -> Software Update and tapping on the Download and Install button.
The Galaxy S10 Lite is the affordable version of the Galaxy S10 lineup. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855SoC and comes with 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM options. Both variants offer the same 128GB storage.
The Samsung GalaxyS10 Lite offers a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Full HD+ Infinity-O display with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels and 394 ppi pixel density.
The device is equipped with a triple-lens camera setup of 5MP F2.4 Macro sensor, 48MP Super Steady OIS AF F2.0 wide-angle sensor and 12MP F2.2 ultra-wide sensor. On the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera with F2.2 aperture.
